Animal Hospital (Anomaly) on Roblox does not currently ship an in-game code redemption menu. As of August 2026, there are no verified active promo codes for Cash, Animal Coins, or class unlocks. Nothing in the current shift flow replaces codes; progression comes from surviving nights, rejecting anomalies, treating real patients, and spending earnings wisely.

What to do instead of hunting codes

While codes are absent, focus on repeatable income:

1. Finish full shifts — payout scales with patients treated, anomalies rejected, and mistakes avoided.
2. Spend Cash in the Supplies Shop — coffee and fire extinguishers prevent sanity wipes that end runs early.
3. Save Animal Coins for classes — see the class tier list for Surgeon, Doctor, Secretary, and Security priorities.
4. Learn desk checks — wrongful admits cost more than a free cosmetic ever saves; read the anomaly encyclopedia and controls guide.

Co-op helps: one player anchors reception (shutter, photo, CCTV), others run treatment rooms. Online servers support teamwork; you do not need codes to unlock the core loop.
